This is my entry for the dA 7th birthday's contest. In the category Traditionnal Art, the theme was "Sloth". So, here is sloth
 This is more about the concept of sloth than it is intented to be a realistic drawing. ergo the tree in the house. I tried to draw some symbols of sloth, event though I realize they don't necessarily fit together. And yes, I'm aware that this was a bit too ambitious for my skills (yet?). But I had this image in my head and I couldn't seem to draw anything else. Any comments and critics appreciated, even if it will be too late for the contest, they will be of great use to me. Photo references for most of the elements of the drawing, pencils on Velin paper. |
